I am an animal lover. It started when my father gave me a present during my 9^th birthday. He gave me a five month old Dachshund puppy. From that moment on, every year, I would expect an additional pet in what I call my mini zoo. Today, I already own 10 pets and hopefully will have more.

Having a lot of pets is fun but taking care of them is not an easy task.  There are a lot of things that needs to be considered. I have to make sure they eat the right kind of food, they live in the right kind of place and they get the exact attention and care that they need. I must make sure that they belong to a place where it is almost the exact picture of its natural habitat. Any change in the environment might affect the health of the animals

Every day I see to it that I tend to my pets first before I do other things. My two dogs have their own houses situated just behind the house. I believe that their kennels are just perfect for all types of weather. I also feed them with the right food and meat.

My three turtles on the other hand have a little place in my room. My father built the place for them and I even helped in the decoration where we placed moss, wood and small twigs.  I also purchased special lamps for them because turtles need reptile lighting for temperature regulation.

On the other end of my room are my three hamsters. Their cages are just fit for them to run free and spin on their cycles. Lastly my two rabbits were newly given to me that so that is why I have to learn more about taking care of them.

I never hesitate to go to the veterinarian and do some research especially when it comes to my pets. I want to provide what’s best for them and give my utmost care.

We live in a time when it is usually cheaper to buy something new instead of trying to fix the one we already have.  I have personally discovered this many times when dealing with electronic products like the camcorder we had to replace or my laptop.  When it comes to Bar-B-Q’s, however, they can easily and economically be repaired.
