Nahanni River Pictures

I’ve been wanting to take a trip north for a while now and this cements it. I did a search on flickr for Nahanni River (it’s a river in Canada) and found some really beautiful pictures. Trips shouldn’t be too expensive. (More photos after the break)

An aerial photo of the river. Looks like it’s taken from a plane in the northwest territories near nunavut.

Check out this little canoe dock. Apparently it’s taken by Nahanni Butte, a small town on the south nahanni river. Canada is amazing.

The fog on the forest really gets me. Camping where the mornings are foggy and the afternoons are bright and sunny sounds amazing.
